The contact handler sets a 365-day retention date and short-lived, keyed rate-limit records. An expiry field alone is not evidence that deletion has completed. Cloudflare delivers the public website through a distributed network. This does not establish a single storage or processing country. Customer-product hosting regions, backups, supplier support access and international transfers must be confirmed for the specific engagement. No customer-region AWS commitment is made by this website. Where transfer safeguards such as a provider DPA or standard contractual clauses are relevant, the parties must verify the applicable executed terms and supplier coverage; this page is not that agreement.
