Is this expensive?
No. We design for nonprofit budgets. Most pilots cost less than a single part-time staff monthly salary to set up, with very low ongoing costs.
Do you use our data to train models?
Never. We use private instances where your data is isolated. We will sign strict data privacy agreements guaranteeing your data is not used for model training.
Do we need IT staff?
No. We handle the technical setup. If you have an IT team, we’re happy to coordinate with them, but we don’t require one.
Is this safe for children’s data?
We generally advise against putting any PII (Personally Identifiable Information) of minors into any AI system. Our tools are designed to answer questions about programs and policies, not to process sensitive user records.
